Motivation comes in many forms and there may be methods that work better for your specific organization than others. Find out a little about how they feel motivation is important, what they have done in the past to engage their teams, and how they plan to implement things in the future.
  4. What is the most significant change that you can bring to my organization? This is where you learn how much effort the candidate has put into your specific job. What do they already know about your company? You want someone who is a visionary who can help take your company to the next level. The more they know about your business the better prepared they will be to hit the ground running.
