Ann Bedford-Flood is the President and Founder of Prosource Staffing. Ann began her career in the recruiting and staffing industry over 20 years ago. She is an experienced Leader, Trainer and Manager. She is responsible for Planning, developing, implementing and directing the organization’s operation and performance. Ann is motivated by helping people and making an impact on the lives of others. Although she is involved in the business daily, she credits the bright minds and passion of her team for the success of ProSource Staffing. Ann specializes in building rapport, follow up, and business acumen. In addition, her effective time management allows her to plan, execute and reach goals to effectively bring improved performance and efficiency to the organization. Ann has been named as Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women as well as listed as one of Houston Business Journals Fastest Growing Businesses in Houston. In her spare time, she loves to travel, physical fitness and enjoys spending time with her family.
